Calculation / Analysis
In all product development work it is wise to perform calculations and analyses that can reveal any problems and need for improvements, before production of the product commences.
With FEM analyses we can evaluate the mechanical properties of a construction at an early stage. The analyses may consist of traditional strength calculations, but we can also offer self-oscillation analyses, known as modal analysis. With this tool we can optimise the product’s design with regard to form and function and analyse the choice and use of material.
With supplementary form analyses (MoldFlow), as early as the construction stage we can detect any problems and optimise the location of the ingate and choice of materials as well as making any improvements to the construction
